Preparation

• 3 - 4 teaspoons = 1 liter
• Let boiled water cool to 70° - 80 °C or add about 100 ml of fresh, cold water
• Steeping time: 1 - 2 minutes
• The same leaves can be brewed several times
• Drink plain or sweetened
