Ingredients: cardamom*, pepper*, ginger*, coriander*, cinnamon* and black tea from Sri Lanka

Preparation:

  • 4 teaspoons = 1 liter
  • Pour boiling water over
  • Brewing time: 3 minutes
  • Add milk and sugar (honey or rock candy) as desired
  • Drink hot = belly warmer!
