Scented China Green Tea: The jasmine blossoms, which were previously mixed with the wet tea leaves to naturally release their fragrance, were finally completely removed from the tea in the final step, thus preserving the tea's delicate lightness.
Preparation:
- 3-4 teaspoons = 1 liter
- Cool boiled water for 4 minutes or add approximately 1 dl of fresh, cold water.
- Infusion time: 1-2 minutes
- Drink neat or lightly sweetened
