Originally, this very special white tea was only produced in Fujian. Fortunately, this tea is now also available from other Chinese provinces, so the supply has become somewhat larger.
For this tea, only the unopened, fresh buds are hand-picked and carefully processed.
The ivory-coloured, clear infusion of this tea offers a wonderful, velvety-soft, fine taste. A really special taste experience!
Preparation
- 3 - 5 teaspoons = 1 litre
- let boiled water cool for about 10 minutes
- Duration: 2 - 3 minutes
- Drink pure or sweeten a little according to your taste. It is best to keep the serving temperature "lukewarm." The same leaf can be infused several times.
